The role
As a Leadership and Management Trainer youll have a role thats out of the ordinary. You will play a vital role in strengthening leadership capability across Babcock. Youll deliver engaging management development programmes coach colleagues to grow their skills and create impactful learning experiences that shape confident future-ready leaders. This is a role with purpose supporting people working across defence aerospace and engineering and contributing to missions that protect people and enable national security.

This role is full time 37 hours per week and is based from our Bristol Devonport Rosyth or Warrington sites with frequent travel to other Babcock and customer sites.
