What youll be doing

Were seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager with a strong background in construction and facilities management to join our growing team. Based in Nottingham this role will manage a variety of projects across the UK ensuring delivery safely on time and within budget.

Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager youll take ownership of complex multi-discipline projects often delivered in live operational environments and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders including clients contractors consultants and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of construction and FM projects from planning through to completion and handover.

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously ensuring alignment with scope budget and programme requirements.

• Deliver projects safely and efficiently within live operational environments minimising disruption to client activities.

• Coordinate design procurement and site activities with internal teams and external suppliers.

• Prepare and manage project documentation budgets risk registers and progress reports.

• Ensure full compliance with CDM regulations health & safety standards and company procedures.

• Drive performance to achieve client satisfaction quality outcomes and value for money.

• Provide strong leadership and communication across all stakeholders and disciplines.

What youll need to have (our must-haves)

• Experience with project management within the construction or facilities management sector.

• Experience delivering complex projects in live operational environments.

• Excellent partner engagement and relationship management skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage tight deadlines and project budgets.

• Experience with CDM regulations and possession of SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) desirable.

• PRINCE2 or other formal project management qualification advantageous.

• RICS qualification

• Asbestos awareness

• Legionella awareness

• LOLER awareness

• Willingness to travel nationally including overnight stays.

• Full UK driving licence.
