We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our dynamic team as Shipping Trainee. As a Shipping Trainee with AAL you will receive comprehensive training in various areas empowering you to excel in this exciting field.

Key Responsibilities:

Over the 18-month traineeship the objective is for the trainee to develop a comprehensive understanding of AALs services and clients. Focusing on building comprehensive interdisciplinary knowledge of each departments responsibility including Chartering Operations Finance QHSE and Engineering.

• Participate in on-the-job training and rotational assignments in different departments.
• Collaborate with team members to support day-to-day operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Maritime Studies Logistics International trade Shipping related engineering fields etc.).
