Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Provide fast and accurate chat support to customers.

  2. Respond to customer queries with excellent communication and professional tone.

  3. Possess strong knowledge of e-commerce IT hardware products and international market trends.

  4. Resolve customer issues related to orders product specifications and technical queries.

  5. Maintain high-quality customer service while ensuring quick response times.

Secondary Responsibilities

  1. Support customers with technical queries related to IT products such as routers switches servers etc.

  2. Assist in product recommendations based on customer requirements.

  3. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales Logistics Technical) for smooth issue resolution.

  4. Maintain accurate chat logs and customer records for future reference.

  5. Support client dealing on chat and maintain client satisfaction.
