Job Summary

BIOVAC is one of the leading sterile vaccine manufacturers rooted in Africa with our core purpose being to protect life. We are looking to hire a dynamic passionate confident proactive and meticulous Procurement Administrator to join a goal-oriented team.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

Bachelors degree or diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics or equivalent.
Recognition is given to Prior Learning and practical experience.

Experience needed to deliver the role seamlessly:

At least 1 years experience in Supply Chain and Logistics
Program and project management

Preferred:

Knowledge of Pharmaceutical manufacturing related legislation.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

Core Technical Delivery:

Manage the new Vendor Application requests in Procurement Portal in SharePoint
Engage with new suppliers to obtain all required documents as per the Vendor Application process.
Update SAP with new vendor details to maintain the Vendor Master file
Engage with suppliers to obtain their latest BEE certificates/Affidavits.
Update SAP with supplier BEE credentials in Vendor Master file
Maintain and update the Procurements Contract Library.
Maintain and update all Procurement folders in Share Drive.
Update and maintain Info record and source lists in SAP
Administer administrative duties to the Procurement department with attention to detail and accuracy
Be contact person for internal and external stakeholders for onboarding new suppliers and existing suppliers
