Job Overview

We are looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international customer operations team based in Porto Portugal. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong customer-oriented mindset who are motivated to work in a structured multicultural and professional environment.

Handling customer inquiries and providing support via phone email and digital channels
Resolving customer issues accurately and professionally
Ensuring high customer satisfaction and service quality
Following internal processes and documenting interactions

Requirements

Fluent Danish (spoken and written)
English C1
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work on-site in Porto

Salary & Benefits

Net salary: 1500 per month (paid over 14 months)
Monthly bonus: 150 per month for 11 months
