EFX Associate

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated EFX Associate to join our team. As an EFX Associate you will play a crucial role in managing our bridge configuration on Primexm overseeing pricing feeds verifying symbol settings across trading platforms (MT4 MT5 and cTrader) and expanding our product offerings through strategic outreach to Liquidity Providers (LPs).

This role requires meticulous attention to detail strong technical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of forex trading bridge technology LP management and a proactive approach to automation and process improvement.

What Will You Do:

• Manage PrimeXM bridge configuration ensuring accurate pricing feeds and stable seamless connectivity.
• Verify and maintain precise symbol settings across MT4 MT5 and cTrader platforms to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Engage with Liquidity Providers (LPs) to expand product offerings and enhance overall trading capabilities.
• Coordinate with LPs to negotiate configure and onboard new offerings while maintaining strong long-term relationships.
• Configure and maintain LP pricing on the bridge ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Continuously monitor pricing feeds and make adjustments in line with market conditions.
• Collaborate closely with Middle Office and Technology teams on complex investigations involving trade flow positions and platform connectivity.
• Support issue resolution to ensure smooth and reliable trade execution.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within the EFX function.
• Partner with Technology teams to design and implement automated solutions that improve operational efficiency.
• Research evaluate and recommend plugins and third-party solutions to enhance trading operations and reduce manual workload.
• Work with Technology teams to integrate test and deploy approved plugins and enhancements.

What Makes You A Good Fit:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Computer Science or a related field.
• 35 years of experience in the forex trading industry with a focus on bridge configuration LP management and trading platform operations.
• Hands-on experience with bridge technology particularly Primexm and pricing feeds.
• Strong understanding of MT4 MT5 and cTrader platforms including symbol configuration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Liquidity Providers.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex trading issues.
• Knowledge of automation principles with a proactive improvement-driven mindset.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
• Ability to perform under pressure with a problem-solving orientation.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
