Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with travellers in a friendly professional and supportive manner across phone email and chat

• Assist with bookings itinerary changes cancellations and general travel-related inquiries

• Provide accurate information and practical solutions to address customer needs

• Maintain detailed and well-organized records of customer interactions

• Identify complex or sensitive cases and escalate them following established procedures

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution

Requirements:

• Fluent in Danish (C1/C2 level)
• Fluent in English (B2 level)
• EU Citizenship or Residency Card
• 0-1 year of experience in customer support
• Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
