Were looking for a Customer Support Specialist to become the friendly and reliable voice of our clients brandsupporting customers boutiques and partners across Europe all from the comfort of your home.

What Youll Be Doing

As part of our clients customer support team youll play a key role in ensuring smooth and stress-free customer journeys by:

Delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email
Assisting with new bookings rebookings cancellations and general inquiries (air rail hotel and related services)
Handling incoming calls from boutiques and shops providing timely and accurate solutions
Logging interactions in internal systems and ensuring SLA requirements are met
Using your product and application knowledge to guide customers confidently
Finding tailored solutions for each customer turning challenges into positive experiences

What Were Looking For

Fluent or bilingual Danish with a strong command of English
A customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills
Ability to understand and qualify customer needs effectively
A flexible proactive and solution-oriented attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced service-driven environment

Competitive salary:gross/month
Bonus up to 250 gross/month
