Job Purpose:
As a Marketing Event Planner (Temporary) you will support the planning and execution of events across Iberia including vendor events management meetings internal communications and external corporate communications. The role also includes backoffice responsibilities such as managing internal orders vendor claims budgets and event documentation.
Responsibilities:
Support planning and execution of vendor and corporate events.
Coordinate logistics suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Handle backoffice tasks: internal orders vendor claims budgets documentation.
Assist with internal and external corporate communications.
Provide onsite support during events when required.
Maintain event calendars and follow up on deliverables.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
Experience or strong foundation in event planning.
Organized proactive flexible and solutionoriented.
Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable dealing with clients and stakeholders.
Good Excel skills and ability to manage administrative processes.
English required.
Positive collaborative personality; someone who brings good energy and wants to help and learn.
Nice to have: studies related to events marketing or communications.
