Job Summary
Ledcor Highway Maintenance is now hiring Paint Gun Operators with a safety-first mindset to support our highway maintenance team and line paint crews in the greater Edmonton area.
We are seeking enthusiastic team-oriented professionals to join our highway maintenance team dedicated to keeping Albertas provincial and municipal highways safe and well-maintained.

- Operate long-line yellow and white painting systems stepping into additional roles as needed
- Ensure all work meets specifications and quality standards
- Maintain Alberta Provincial Highways for seasonal or year-round operations
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in highway pavement marking
- Knowledge of paint truck operations loading procedures and maintenance
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
- Valid Class 5 drivers license (Class 1 or 3 with air endorsement is an asset)
- Clear 3-year drivers abstract
- Familiarity with provincial and/or municipal highway maintenance specifications
Work Conditions:
- Start date: April 13th - Spring/Summer Seasonal work : April- October
- 12 - 14 hours/day
- Travel shift work on-call availability and night shifts required during operating months
- Accommodations/Meal allowance/ LOA provided
- Work locations span provincial and municipal highways across Alberta
- Preference given to local candidates due to the nature of the work
