What Were Looking For
- Active RN license
- Education Requirements:
- Must have or complete an MSN if undergraduate degree is not BSN
- Enrollment in an MSN program required within 1 year of hire/transfer
- Completion of MSN required within 5 years of hire
- If undergraduate degree is BSN a Masters from a healthrelated field or an MBA is acceptable
- Previous management experience preferred
- BLS required per policy guidelines
- Professional certification (clinical or leadership) required within 1 year of eligibility
- A strategic engaged leader ready to manage daily operations elevate team performance and drive highquality outcomes in a busy ED setting
- Strong ED clinical experience and demonstrated leadership capabilities
