About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Consultant to join our IT Strategy team at Citco. This is a key advisory role responsible for bridging the gap between business teams IT delivery teams and our AI Center for Enablement (C4E). The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep AI expertise who can effectively translate business needs into practical AI solutions while championing AI adoption across the organization.
This is a contract role within the IT strategy department.

Job Duties in Brief:

Strategic Advisory:

• Provide expert consultation to business teams on AI use cases and opportunities

  • Evaluate and prioritize AI initiatives based on business value and technical feasibility

  • Develop strategic recommendations for AI implementation across different business units

  • Collaborate with AI delivery teams to ensure alignment with enterprise AI strategy

Solution Design & Architecture:

• Work with AI Platform architect to design AI solutions that meet business requirements

  • Ensure solutions align with Citcos AI frameworks and governance standards

  • Identify opportunities for reusable components and enterprise patterns

  • Guide teams on best practices for AI implementation

AI Evangelism & Education:

• Champion AI adoption across the organization

  • Conduct workshops and training sessions on AI capabilities and use cases

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to drive AI innovation

  • Promote awareness of AI governance and compliance requirements

  • Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as primary liaison between business teams IT delivery and C4E

    • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders

    • Build and maintain strong relationships across all organizational levels

    • Manage expectations and resolve conflicts among different stakeholders

  • Innovation & Thought Leadership:

  • Stay current with AI market trends and emerging technologies

    • Identify new opportunities for AI implementation

    • Contribute to Citcos AI strategy and roadmap

    • Share insights and best practices across the organization

bout You:

• 8 years experience in technology consulting with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML solutions

  • Strong understanding of current AI technologies frameworks and best practices

  • Proven track record of successful AI solution delivery in enterprise environments

  • Experience in financial services industry preferred

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science AI or related field
