Are you aversatileSous Chef withexperience of working in a fast-paced environment Join our talented kitchenteam and youll be working alongside passionate people with locally sourcedproduce to provide high quality food that delights our guests. As Sous Chefyou will support your Head Chef in leading our talented kitchen team whileensuring the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dishare precisely met. You will utilise the flexibility enabled by our menu writingprocesses to help adapt our offer to meet the needs of our business and ourguests.
