Were looking foraIntegrations Project Coordinatorto join ourCustomer Implementation to theManager CustomerImplementationOperationsyoullbe the central coordination point for customer integrationsensuring interface SSO POS and accounting export projects are delivered smoothly while supporting healthcare and senior living organizations in transforming their foodservice operations withMealSuitestechnology.
WhatYoullDo
- Ownthe end-to-end coordination of integrations projects (interfaces SSO POS and accounting exports) in partnership with the Integrations and Implementation teams.
- Maintainreal-time project plans and dashboards tracking timelines milestones dependencies risks and deliverables while proactively escalating blockers.
- Manageproject intake prioritization scheduling and changerequests;support capacity planning and resource allocation for the Integrations team.
- Serveas the primary coordination point between customers and internal teamsfacilitatingkickoffs requirements validation technical discussions UAT and go-live activities while ensuring clear communication and documentation throughout the implementation lifecycle.
What You Bring
- 1 yearsof experience supporting customer implementations and/or onboarding projects in aSaaS environment.
- Basicworking knowledge ofsoftwareintegrations;experience working with complex products is strongly preferred.
- ProficiencywithMicrosoft Office and related productivity tools; familiarity with project tracking or collaboration tools is a plus.
- Strongorganizational skills with exceptional attention to detail time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills strong interpersonal abilities and an empathetic customer-first mindset.
- Abilityto thrive in acollaborative fast-moving environment.
- Willingnessto travel occasionally;valid passport with no travel restrictions(Canada/USA; Vietnam ifrequired).
Compensation:$55000 $70000 CAD/$60000 USD $80000 USDPer Year
This role requires working onsite in ourCambridge or Dallasofficetwo days per week.
