Aurora Medical Center-Grafton is recruiting a dynamic Registered Nurse for a full-time/exempt on-site Nurse Professional Development Generalist to support our ED team. This is a Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30 pm; with availability to be visible for PM/Nights/Weekends as needed this could be for support rounding spending time with a new hire etc. We are looking for a candidate with strong communication skills can be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the unit support new hires and staff with development and competencies. We are also looking for this candidate to be a forward thinker and process improvement mind with experience navigating growth and change management.
ER Grafton is a high performing high acuity level III 18 bed Emergency Room. STEMI Receiving Center Primary Stroke Center Geriatric ED Accreditation with much exciting growth coming in the next year. Previous experience in an educator/generalist role is preferred. BSN and ED experience will be required. 5 years of RN ED experience is highly preferred; active in Shared Governance is also highly preferred.
Pay Range
