Provider Organization is a department created in 2025 and part of International Health Delivery Services. It encompasses Provider Network Provider Operations and Payment Integrity teams and its mission is to drive provider excellence through smart network segmentation outcome focusedpartnershipsand shared accountability.
About theteam &role
TheProvider ProgramManager is empowered to drive strategic initiatives and delivery business transformation across the Provider Organization. He / she will be partof a very energetic and enthusiastic teamleading innovative initiatives meant to exponentially transform the provider experience and internal operations.
TheProvider ProgramManager is positioned to work hand in hand with a variety of teams and functions spanning technology financedataand analytics operations etc. which offers he / she a unique perspective on business priorities speed of execution new opportunities as well as challenges to overcome.
The role reports into the Head of Strategy and Transformation within the Provider Organizationand will work closely with the Network Managers.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage strategic projects frominceptionto completion ensuring alignment with organizational goals andobjectives.
Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to define project scope deliverables timelinesgovernancebusinesscaseand resource requirements.
Develop andmaintaincomprehensive project plans including schedules budgets risk assessments and communication strategies.
Monitor project progress proactivelyidentifyand address risks or issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration ensuring clear communication and coordination among internal teams such as D&A Technology PSO etc.and external partners.
Prepare and deliver regular project updates executive presentations and post-implementation reviews.
Analyseproject outcomes capture lessonslearned andrecommend process improvements for future initiatives.
Skills and Competencies Required
Project Management Expertise:7years proven experience in managing complex cross-functional projects using established methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
Operationalexpertise: Experience or exposure in following functions: Claims Pre-authorization Network Reconciliation Strategy Finance Change management
Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture connect dots across the organization and translate strategy into actionable plans.
Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis capabilities withproficiencyin data-driven decision making.Abilitytoevaluateandanalyzeinformationfromavarietyofsources
Communication and Influence: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
Problem-Solving: Resourceful and proactive inanticipatingissuesidentifyingsolutions and adapting to changing circumstances.
Change Management: Experience supporting organizational change initiatives and guiding teams through transitions.
Education:Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field (Masteror equivalent preferred);
Comfortableworkinginafast-pacedenvironmentwithshiftingpriorities
Energetic and enthusiastic team-player
Ability to speak and write in languages other than English is preferred/but not
