This is a replacement role and is part of Alcons Sales & Sales Support function a team that helps provide access to products across all channels in an effort to drive customer satisfaction with eye care professionals to help people see brilliantly. As a Practice Experience Associate in Vision Care you will be based at our Mississauga Canada office. In this role a typical day will include:
Collaborate with customers and internal partners to provide exceptional service supporting and resolving complex inquiries to enhance regional coverage.
Identify and escalate specific technical trends and problems to highlight training needs and process gaps.
Proactively onboard customers to any internal application related to practice support aiming to increase automation in alignment with departmental goals.
Supports Customer Service and Sales activities by promoting and educating clients about the Alcon portfolio of products services and solutions in alignment with internal targets.
Additional tasks involve outbound calling on no-see customers providing value-added services through consultative sales methodologies and executing specific project initiatives.
This role includes analytical research such as Service Level Analysis Customer Scorecard Analysis and inventory management.
Log calls by utilizing all tools and resources to record information related to target accounts by adhering to company sales policies and guidelines.
Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Tech-savvy and can work with different web-based technologies (Salesforce EDI ERP and Online ordering).
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional team environment. Exhibits good judgment understands departmental guidelines and can effectively communicate to business while still maintaining a spirit of collaboration and partnership with stakeholders.
Adapts to change and strives for continuous improvement.
Leverage your strong communication skills to engage and influence both current and potential customers by understanding their needs and recommending pertinent products and services.
Proficient in all MS Office Suite with preferred knowledge of ERP Salesforce and EDI. Ability and willingness to learn new computer systems and software.
WHAT YOULL BRING TO ALCON:
Secondary School Diploma Preferred Bachelors Degree or Post-Secondary Diploma
A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales is an asset preferably within the Healthcare sector.
Possess an outgoing personality and the ability to acquire new customers effortlessly.
Bilingualism advanced written and verbal communication in English and French
Salary Range: $32.00 $53.60 CAD per hour
