Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team through virtual means.
  • Manage and organize digital files documents and correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments meetings and make travel arrangements.
  • Answer phone calls emails and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Coordinate with clients suppliers and partners virtually.
  • Assist in creating reports presentations and other digital materials.
  • Perform research tasks as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a virtual secretary or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in using virtual collaboration tools and software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a virtual secretary or assistant role.
  • Experience in the restoration or construction industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Experience in managing social media accounts is an advantage.
