Compensation: $150K - $200K

We are seeking a highly strategic and operationally adept Chief of Staff to serve as a direct partner to our executive leadership. This role goes far beyond administrative support; you will be a trusted advisor and core team member with broad visibility into our highest strategic priorities. As we enter a pivotal stage of growth you will be the operational glue that drives execution ensures organizational alignment and translates high-level vision into measurable outcomes.

This position is based in New York City and requires a strong on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership: Work alongside the C-suite to prioritize objectives and act as a force multiplier by translating strategy into actionable project plans.
Operational Rigor: Design and maintain the organizations operating rhythm including planning cycles OKR tracking and executive updates to drive accountability.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the central hub for information flow ensuring departments are coordinated and that decisions are communicated consistently across the team.
Special Projects: Lead high-impact high-visibility initiatives from concept to execution with full autonomy and discretion.
Problem Solving: Identify organizational gaps or process inefficiencies and proactively implement scalable solutions.

Requirements

Professional Background: Proven experience in operations strategy investment banking management consulting or a similar high-rigor environment.
Executive Presence: Prior experience working directly with C-suite executives or founders in a high-growth startup environment.
Analytical Excellence: Strong capability to navigate complex ambiguous problems and execute with precision.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to synthesize complex data into clear briefings.
Operational Mindset: Highly organized and process-oriented with a natural bias toward action and a get it done attitude.
Availability: Comfortable being always-on when urgency demands and thriving in a fast-paced startup atmosphere.

Bonus Points:

Deep passion for or experience in the Crypto Blockchain or Web3 ecosystems.
Experience in investment banking or other detail-intensive analytical roles.

Benefits

Competitive Salary: $150000 $200000 base salary.
Performance Bonus: 10% 15% annual target.
Token Incentives: Annual token grant equivalent to 10% 15% of base salary (subject to a standard 4-year vesting schedule).
