Full-time permanent position
The role involves responsibility for the smooth running of the school premises ensuring a safe secure and well-presented environment for pupils staff and visitors. You will manage maintenance schedules health & safety compliance contractors and site security working closely with senior leaders and external providers.
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day site management maintenance and security of the school
Opening and closing of the school site
Oversight of health & safety procedures and compliance
Liaising with contractors and managing site-related projects
Monitoring premises grounds and facilities to high standards
Supporting school events and lettings as required
Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience in a Site Manager Caretaker or Facilities role
Strong working knowledge of health & safety regulations
Practical maintenance and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
