Junior Order to Cash Specialist Kickstart Your Finance Career!

Are you detail-oriented eager to learn and passionate about finance operations
As a Junior O2C Specialist youll play a key role in the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process from order entry to billing collections and reconciliations.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone with accounting knowledge whos ready to grow in global finance operations and gain valuable experience in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Process customer orders quickly and accurately
Generate invoices & credit notes following company policies
Apply daily customer payments
Monitor AR aging reports & follow up on overdue invoices
Resolve or escalate customer queries
Assist with reconciliations month/quarter-end closings & audits
Keep customer master data updated in ERP

Who you are

Strong communication in German and excellent command of English.
Bachelors degree in Commerce Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 6 months experience in Accounts Receivable O2C or Finance Operations (25 years is a plus!).
Strong grasp of accounting and finance principles.
Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs Pivot Tables).
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP Oracle or NetSuite) is a plus.
Proactive communicator who enjoys working with numbers and people.
Detail-oriented analytical and customer-focused with great multitasking skills.
Team player with an eagerness to learn and grow in an international setting.
Nice to have:
- 25 years of experience in AR / O2C / Finance Operations
