On behalf of Liebherr Maritime Benelux BV MARPRO Group is looking for a Service Engineer Mobile Harbour Cranes for the Netherlands. You are part of the team in the Port Equipment Department and will report to the Technical Advisor.

The job

As a Service Engineer you will work both independently and within a team on mechanical hydraulic or electrical assignments. You will mainly perform this work on mobile harbour cranes but occasionaly you could also be deployed on ship or offshore this role you will be deployed on site and you will represent Liebherr on location at the customers location. You carry out troubleshooting inspections analyses commissioning and maintenance. From the Liebherr office you will be supported by a Technical Advisor and your colleagues are available for any questions and advice.

Additional responsibilities

• Carrying out repairs routine service and maintenance on mobile harbour cranes

• Operating and inspecting these machines

• Fault investigation and mechanical hydraulic and electrical diagnostics

• Analyzing and solving problems with mechanical hydraulic and electrical systems

• Preparation of complete and detailed service reports

• Assembly and commissioning of new machines

• Periodically being on standby for emergencies and malfunctions outside office hours

Professional qualifications

• Where you gained your (work) experience is less relevant but think of technical professions within sea and aviation car and truck technology or offshore. Even better of course you already gained experience within the crane world

• In possession of a drivers license B(E)

• You have a good command of the English language both verbally and in writing

• Having a technical education such as all-round mechanic SBW/SOMA MTS motor vehicle technology is an advantage

Personal characteristics

• You are an independent technician at heart with a good basic knowledge of hydraulics and electrical engineering who works in a solution-oriented way

• You are used to working independently you can improvise and you dont have an 8 to 5 mentality

• You possess a service-oriented attitude

• You have an affinity with heavy industry and likes to tinker under different conditions

• You are handy and accurate in drawing up reports

In opdracht van Liebherr Maritime Benelux BV is MARPRO Group op zoek naar een Service Engineer Mobile Harbour Cranes voor Nederland. Je maakt deel uit van het team op de afdeling Port Equipment en rapporteert aan deTechnical Advisor.

De job

Als Service Engineer werk je zowel zelfstandig als binnen een team aan mechanische hydraulische of elektrotechnische opdrachten. Dit werk verricht je hoofdzakelijk aan mobiele havenkranen maar je kan ook worden ingezet bij maritieme scheeps- & offshore deze rol wordt je mobiel ingezet en vertegenwoordig je Liebherr dus op locatie bij de klant. Je doet troubleshooting inspecties analyses inbedrijfsstellingen en onderhoud. Vanuit het kantoor van Liebherr wordt je ondersteund door een Technical Advisor en ook je collegas zijn beschikbaar voor eventuele vragen en advies.

Aanvullende verantwoordelijkheden

• Uitvoeren van reparaties routinematige service en onderhoud aan mobiele havenkranen

• Bedienen en inspecteren van deze machines

• Onderzoeken van storingen en het stellen van mechanische hydraulische en elektrische diagnoses

• Analyseren en oplossen van problemen met mechanische hydraulische en elektrische systemen

• Opstellen van volledige en gedetailleerde servicerapportages

• Monteren en in bedrijf stellen van nieuwe machines

• Periodiek buiten kantooruren stand-by staan voor calamiteiten en storingen

Beroepskwalificaties

• Waar jij je (werk)ervaring hebt opgedaan is minder relevant maar denk aan technische beroepen binnen de zee- en luchtvaart auto- en vrachtwagentechniek of offshore. Nog mooier natuurlijk al binnen de kranenwereld opgedaan

• In het bezit van een rijbewijs B(E)

• Beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift

• Beschikken over een technische opleiding zoals bijvoorbeeld allround monteur SBW/SOMA MTS motorvoertuigentechniek is een pré

Persoonlijke kenmerken

• Je bent in hart en nieren een zelfstandig techneut met een goede basiskennis van hydrauliek en elektrotechniek die oplossingsgericht te werk gaat

• Gewend zelfstandig te werken je kunt improviseren en je hebt geen 8 tot 5 mentaliteit

• Bezit over een servicegerichte instelling

• Hebt affiniteit met de zware industrie en houdt van sleutelen onder verschillende omstandigheden

• Bent handig en nauwkeurig in het opstellen van rapportages
