Job Description: Senior Project Engineer

Department: Project Engineer - Execution

Experience: 8 Years
Reporting To: PM Projects

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer with a minimum of 8 years of experience preferably from reputed construction organizations. The role involves end-to-end execution and supervision of plotting and land development projects ensuring quality safety cost control and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Site Management

Manage day-to-day site activities for plotting projects including roads drainage utilities boundary works and infrastructure development.
Ensure execution as per approved drawings specifications and project timelines.
Coordinate with contractors vendors surveyors and consultants.

Planning & Coordination

Assist in preparing work schedules bar charts and daily progress reports.
Coordinate with planning contracts and procurement teams for material and manpower availability.
Ensure smooth interfacing between site and HO teams.

Quality & Safety

Ensure adherence to quality standards SOPs and safety norms at site.
Conduct inspections and ensure rectification of defects.
Maintain site records checklists and compliance documents.

Billing & Documentation

Verify contractor RA bills measurements and quantities.
Maintain MBs site registers drawings and approvals.
Support final measurements and handover documentation.

Stakeholder & Authority Coordination

Liaise with local authorities consultants and utility agencies as required.
Support statutory inspections and approvals related to land development.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

Experience

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in land development / plotting / infrastructure projects.
Prior experience with reputed construction companies

Key Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Excel and MS Office
