About the role
Arbolus is looking for an IT Support & Security Operations Specialist to join us in our Barcelona office. This person is responsible for supporting any technical issues while collaborating with the companys customers sales associates and the technology teams. In this role youll be the first point of contact for technical support across the business helping troubleshoot issues and ensure our teams can work smoothly.
Key responsibilities you will be in charge of
Own IT operations and end-user support across Barcelona London New York and Costa Rica providing day-to-day employee support
Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets from purchasing and provisioning to maintenance and decommissioning
Lead IT onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring timely access and secure deprovisioning
Own identity and access management (IAM) including role-based access and periodic access reviews
Ensure endpoint security device management and compliance across supported regions
Train employees on security best practices and acceptable IT use
Own ISO 27001 and security compliance activities for assigned regions including audits and controls
Coordinate closely with the India IT team to align on global tools processes and standards

Youre someone who spots problems early takes ownership and follows through with practical solutions. You bring together solid technical skills and strong people skills with a natural sense of responsibility for keeping corporate systems and devices running securely and smoothly. You enjoy helping others thrive in a support-driven role and are comfortable assisting both internal and external users with their IT needs.
Requirements to succeed in this role
Proven experience in corporate IT operations IT support or systems administration
Strong foundational IT skills including hardware operating systems applications networking and security
Experience working with ticket-based enterprise workflow systems particularly JIRA and other Atlassian products
Ability to independently manage prioritize and execute tasks in a structured manner
Solid understanding of corporate security principles and frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001 SOC 2)
Very good communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced evolving environment
Professional proficiency in English
