The Role: As a Customer Operations Expert you will go beyond standard support. You will own complex banking processes including fraud investigations disputes and chargebacks ensuring a secure and transparent experience for thousands of users.

Requirements:
- Fluent Spanish Good English.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking Finance or Insurance for Spanish market.
- Flexibility for 24/7 rotating shifts (40h/week).
