ERP Manager Dynamics 365 to Symetri

Are you passionate about ERP systems and enabling business performance At Symetri you will take ownership of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations from a business perspective and ensure that the platform supports the companys objectives in a secure efficient and cost effective way.

This is a central role where you manage the system lifecycle work closely with finance and IT and drive structured development in a fast growing international organization.

As our System Owner / Application Manager your main responsibilities will include:

• Owning and managing D365 F&O from a business and lifecycle perspective

• Managing releases upgrades and ongoing improvements

• Translating business needs into system priorities

• Coordinating stakeholders across finance IT and external partners

• Driving governance around testing planning and change

• Ensuring the system supports finance and accounting processes

Qualifications and Personal Traits

We are looking for someone who builds trust through clear and thoughtful communication and who understands the needs of finance teams in a practical way. You are able to explain complex topics in a way that resonates with business users and create confidence during change.

You work in a structured way prioritize effectively and bring a pragmatic business oriented mindset. You have several years of experience from similar assignments and enjoy building structure in environments that are still evolving.

Location

We are primarily looking for candidates based in Gothenburg Stockholm Lund or Borlänge. This is a hybrid position with the possibility to work remotely two days per week.
