As a Sales Director you will lead relationships with top management in agencies or clients follow up on the negotiations and help Sales Managers with guidance and new connections.
What Youll Do:
- Identify and develop a portfolio of clients in Media Agencies
- Establishing and developing business relationships with potential clients and Media Agencies
- Developing growth opportunities based on stable and lasting relationships with clients in your market
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-level clients and advertisers
- Be responsible for the sales target
- Participate in the recruitment and hiring process of the sales team
- Provide detailed quarterly semi-annual and annual sales forecasts
- Motivate sales teams to achieve their targets
- Creating sales reports of the operations for presentation
- Follow up on negotiations with T1 and T2 agencies in the region.
- Lead a team of sales professionals
Requirements
Who You Are:
- Demonstrable experience in Digital Advertising
- Active portfolio of key clients contacts in Media Agencies and Advertisers
- Full understanding of the digital market video advertising and programmatic
- Strong prospecting sales follow-up negotiation closing and reporting skills
- Experience in similar roles
- Excellent communication skills attention to detail and active listening
- Fluent English
Will be a plus:
- Experience with AdTech/MarTech
- Prior agency experience
Work mode: Hybrid (including work from office in Mexico City)
