The Role
We are looking for a Head of Account Management to lead and scale our Account Management function for the Portuguese market as part of our Customer Experience (CX) organization.
Reporting to the Global Accounts Senior Director you will work closely with fellow Area Managers and cross-functional teams to design and execute strategic initiatives focused on upselling retention customer satisfaction and activation across our existing client base.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment enjoys building high-performing teams and is motivated by turning customer insights and data into measurable business impact. You will play a key role in shaping how we grow long-term value with our customers while continuously improving processes performance and customer experience.
We are looking for a proactive leader who brings ownership strategic thinking and innovative ideas and who wants to make a tangible impact on both the business and the people they lead.
What will you be doing:
- Drive the achievement of NDR targets
- Hire and scale the team to support sustainable growth
- Ensure team KPIs are consistently met and tracked
- Translate customer feedback into actionable proposals for the Product team
- Continuously analyze data to optimize and evolve internal processes
- Support develop and motivate team members to maintain high performance
Your Profile
- 3 years of experience in a people management role
- Background in sales upselling or cross-selling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced constantly changing environment
- Experience working with international teams
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities
