Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to design develop and maintain enterprise-grade dashboards reports and automated workflows using Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights while ensuring performance reliability and data governance best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Power BI Development & Reporting

Design develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards reports KPI scorecards and visual analytics.

Create and optimize data models using Power Query DAX expressions and relationships to ensure accurate and performant reporting.

Troubleshoot tune and maintain existing Power BI reports and dashboards.
Power Automate & Workflow Automation

Build deploy and manage automated workflows using Power Automate (cloud flows desktop flows and approval workflows).

Monitor schedule and maintain automated data refreshes and workflows.
Data Integration & Platforms
-
Integrate Power BI and Power Automate with multiple data sources and services including SQL databases Excel SharePoint APIs Power Apps Dataverse and Microsoft Teams.

Ensure secure and reliable data connectivity and refresh strategies.
Requirements & Stakeholder Collaboration

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable BI and automation solutions.

Provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Governance Support & Enablement
-
Implement Power BI workspace governance security and best practices.
-
Train and support end users on Power BI reports and Power Automate flows.

Provide ongoing support to ensure solution reliability and user adoption.
Continuous Improvement

Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform enhancements and recommend improvements to BI and automation solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications

5 years of hands-on experience with Power BI development.

Strong expertise in DAX Power Query and data modeling concepts.

Hands-on experience with Power Automate (cloud desktop approvals).
-
Strong SQL skills and experience integrating data from multiple sources.

Experience working with SharePoint APIs Power Apps Dataverse and Microsoft Teams.

Proven ability to design high-performance user-friendly dashboards and reports.

Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
