Requirements

Relief Social Care Worker (as below support staff roles will be level 5 candidates).

Full Driving Licence (preferred)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deal with

management and staff at all levels

Enjoy working as part of a team

Self-Motivated/Self-Starter

Benefits

Relief- Is this an hourly rate 17per hour

Bank Holidays worked- Are double pay

Pension- is it 1.5% Employer and 1.5% employee.

Required Skills:

Support adults with intellectual disabilities in daily living Promote independence dignity and inclusion in the community Develop and deliver person-centred care and support plans Assist with personal care household tasks and social activities Administer medication and maintain accurate records Work closely with a multidisciplinary team Ensure all care meets HIQA and safeguarding standards

Required Education:

Level 7 QQI qualification in Social Care Studies (or equivalent)At least 1 years experience supporting adults with intellectual disabilities or vulnerable adultsStrong teamwork communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of HIQA regulations and person-centred planningFull clean drivers license (vehicle provided for resident transport)Flexibility for evenings nights weekends and 24-hour shifts
