Your tasks and responsibilities
Compiling and analyzing complex input data on aircraft cabin and cargo configurations for the interpretation and evaluation of aerodynamic characteristics based on gas-dynamic simulations.
Applying data science techniques to analyze complex geometric and gas dynamic data to identify trends.
Developing and implementing algorithms and scripts for data processing analysis and automation tasks (programming and coding).
Conducting numerical analysis and simulations of complex cabin configurations and providing actionable insights.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including cabin & cargo design stress and systems engineers.
Managing projects related to rapid decompression analysis ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Desired skills and qualifications
Background in Aerodynamics ideally with a focus on internal flows and experience in structural and cabin design.
Proficiency in Data science principles statistical analysis and machine learning.
Expertise in Programming and coding (e.g. Python MATLAB) and proficiency in CATIA for 3D design.
Proven ability in Project Management and an agile open-minded approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills in both English and German.
Willingness to travel for business (up to once or twice per month) worldwide.
