Job Summary
Internship Marketing & Communications department:
The International French School (Singapore) is looking for a Communications and Marketing Intern to work in a lively and multicultural environment. We are seeking a dynamic and creative French-speaking intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fields of communications marketing and social media.
Key Accountabilities:
Assist in coordinating and designing the schools yearbook including photos content data management and distribution.
Support the department in creating content for a variety of marketing channels including social media website and email.
On a project-by-project basis conduct desk research into education market trends competitors and benchmark websites.
Assist in organising school events and activities such as concerts conferences career fairs sports events and the school fair (Fête de lécole).
Collaborate with the academic team to develop posters and other communication materials.
Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications Marketing or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Knowledge of marketing and communication principles and practices.
Creativity attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Other skills:
Able to multitask and manage tight deadlines.
Exposure to project management.
Independent and responsible.
Social media and design savvy.
French mother tongue and fluent in English.
Internship Conditions :
6 months internship starting from January 2026
Full time 42h / week
Annual Leave 1.5 days / month
