DevOps Engineer (AWS / Cloud Infrastructure)
Loadme Inc. is an early-stage technology startup building scalable data-driven products. We
are laying the foundation for production-grade infrastructure while maintaining the
flexibility and speed required in a growing startup environment.
We are seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer to design build and maintain our cloud
infrastructure and deployment pipelines. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys
owning systems end-to-end working closely with application engineers and establishing
best practices early in a companys growth.
Design deploy and maintain AWS infrastructure (VPC EC2 RDS/Aurora IAM S3)
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools
Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform
Manage and maintain multiple environments (dev staging production)
Support and maintain relational databases preferably Aurora PostgreSQL
Implement monitoring logging and alerting using AWS CloudWatch
Apply security best practices including IAM least privilege and secrets management
Collaborate closely with software engineers to improve deployment workflows
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues
Create and maintain infrastructure documentation and operational runbooks
4 years of professional experience in DevOps Site Reliability Engineering or Cloud
Strong hands-on experience with AWS services
Experience administering Linux-based systems
Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Hands-on experience with Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools
Solid understanding of cloud networking concepts (VPCs subnets security groups)
Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
Experience with Docker and containerized workloads
Experience with Kubernetes or Amazon EKS
Experience managing GitHub organizations repositories and access controls
AWS cost optimization experience
Scripting experience using Bash or Python
