Job Summary

Job Title: RPA Tech Lead

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (2x to 3x office days)

Overview:

Senior-level professional to assume the role of Technical Lead in a process automation project. The role combines technical leadership project/service management and team coordination with a strong hands-on component in RPA delivery.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

End-to-end project/service client and team management
Technical ownership and governance of the automation project
Follow-up validation and functional review of the teams work
Validation and code review of automation solutions
Technical support mentoring and skills development of junior team members

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

5 years of professional experience with relevant RPA Technical Lead roles
Proven experience in project/service management within process automation initiatives
Strong experience in team management and technical leadership
Solid background in designing and implementing automations with mandatory hands-on experience in UiPath and Power Automate Desktop (PAD)
Languages: English (professional working proficiency)
