Key duties include conducting site investigations creating blueprints with CAD software managing budgets and schedules ensuring regulatory compliance and supervising on-site construction activities.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Planning & Design: Develop detailed blueprints structural designs and technical specifications using CAD tools.

Site Management: Conduct site investigations surveys and soil tests to determine project feasibility.

Project Oversight: Manage subcontractors workers and resources to ensure compliance with quality standards safety regulations and building codes.

Budgeting & Cost Estimation: Calculate labor material and equipment costs to create monitor and maintain project budgets.

Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports permits and documentation regarding project status compliance and design changes.

Problem Solving: Resolve design discrepancies unforeseen site issues and technical conflicts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD) structural modeling and project management tools.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods materials and safety regulations.

Soft Skills: Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
