You will architect a revolutionary AI operating system designed to automate professional judgment for enterprise business decisions. As a founding engineer you will build core intelligence engines from scratch orchestrating complex reasoning models to transform fragmented data into actionable insights. This is a high-impact role shaping the technical DNA of an AI-first startup.

What you will do:

Design and build the core intelligence engine end-to-end including data ingestion model orchestration and API layers.
Own the technical architecture across Python Go and TypeScript to support scalable evolvable systems for enterprise use.
Partner directly with founders to define the technical vision product roadmap and engineering standards for the company.

The ideal candidate:

Proven experience shipping complex products end-to-end ideally within a startup or small high-growth engineering team.
Strong foundations in distributed systems data infrastructure or AI/ML with fluency in modern stacks like Python and React.
Generalist mindset with a bias for action capable of navigating ambiguity and building simple craftsmanship-focused solutions.
