This is a high-ownership role. Youll have to be self-driven decisive and comfortable operating without hand-holding. Momentum initiative and accountability matter more than instructions.
The Head of Social & Video Growth leads the entire social and content ecosystem including video ideas hooks and daily storytelling:
- Instagram.
- YouTube.
- TikTok.
- The concepts hooks and narratives behind every post.
- How our feeds look feel and represent the Paradise Weddings brand.
How and when our content is published.
From idea to execution this role shapes:
- Content strategy campaign concepts and social-first ideas.
- Script writing social post concepts hooks and creative direction for both video and static content.
- Production planning and execution.
- Post-production feedback and quality control.
- Repurposing long-form into short-form content.
- Brand voice storytelling and consistency.
- Daily social post concepts hooks captions and storytelling formats.
This is not just a content scheduling role. It is responsibility for both how our content is created and how our brand appears to the world.
The role steps into a small team. Direction is set standards are defined and energy is created through leadership. Motivating the team setting clear goals celebrating wins and expanding the team when necessary are all core responsibilities.
What This Role is Responsible for
Social & Video Strategy
- Ownership of the social and video growth strategy for Paradise Weddings.
- Systems that scale content across IG YouTube and TikTok.
- Development of content ideas campaigns and storylines.
- Script writing and creative briefs.
- Ensuring content feels authentic inspiring and on-brand.
Production & Post-Production
- Oversight of video production from idea through publishing.
- Close collaboration with editors and creators.
- Clear constructive and actionable feedback.
- Transformation of long-form content into short-form libraries.
- Maintenance of a high standard of quality and storytelling.
Publishing Scheduling & Brand Presentation
- Responsible for the content calendar and publishing schedule.
- Ensuring content is posted consistently and on time.
