Job Summary
Position Description:
CGI is seeking an experiencedSenior Engineer to play a key role in mentoring junior team members evaluating emerging technologies and contributing to continuous improvement across the engineering function. This position requires strong problem-solving skills excellent communication and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and deployment of complex software or infrastructure solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
- Collaborate with product managers architects and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Review code ensure best practices and maintain high standards for software quality and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.
- Participate in architectural discussions and propose scalable efficient system designs.
- Drive automation and optimization initiatives to improve system performance and reliability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact.
- Develop and maintain documentation white papers and training materials to support knowledge transfer for customers and junior team members.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through reliable support and service delivery.

- Proven experience designing and implementing scalable secure and high-performance systems.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile DevOps CI/CD).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) and containerization tools (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
