About the role
- This role will be responsible to support IE core activities.
What you will do
- Function as the area IE of three processes/area and performing multiple IE tasks that can help achieve the company KPI target.
- Drive and support labor productivity projects resulting to headcount reductions.
- Collaborate and work with cross-functional teams on VSM MOOI OEE and layout improvement programs for existing packages.
- Review and update the processing time and net factor of the product cost and accounting for existing packages every cycle.
- Execute layout changes per area based on capacity ramp requirement Create and update capacity models based on validated UPH and OEE per process.
- Support the internal customers request thru analysis of projected gains/impact.
- Work on other projects tasked by the manager with a given timeline.
What you will need
- Must be Industrial Engineering graduate or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in related field is required for this position (preferably Semiconductor company)
- Good communication skills in both written and oral
- Familiar with different IE tools such as time study analytics for material handling line balancing operation process combined work and motion
- Familiar in Lean manufacturing practices and tools
- Must be analytical thinker and problem solver
