Customer Sales Representative
Location: Minneapolis MN
Job type: Full Time
Pay Range: $25.00 - $32.25/hr
Schedule: Standard Daytime hours Monday - Friday (overtime may be available)
*The exact amount of base wage may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role as well as the geographic location of the role.
What Youll Do
As a Customer Service Representative you will accurately and efficiently process customer purchase orders back orders credits return authorizations quotations and other sales-related functions. This may be received directly from the customer delegated by Account Manager or Account Representative.
On a typical day you will:
- Take orders over the phone and through email
- Provide 2nd level support for Counter Sales
- Assist customers with product explanations pricing availability and suggest additional/related items that are helpful or required.
- Maintain knowledge of and promote our entire e-business platform.
- Call the Credit Department as needed regarding credit hold orders.
- Assemble drawings and cut sheets.
What You Bring
Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- 1-2 years experience in customer-facing role.
- Basic computer skills for entering orders
- Willingness to learn about our products through on-the-job training
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred but not required:
- Experience in the electrical mechanical HVAC plumbing or construction industries.
- 1-2 years of post -secondary education or equivalent experience
