Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a courteous and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information about products services and policies to customers.
- Process orders returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
