Bei CLAAS Global Sales arbeiten unsere Expertinnen und Experten für den Vertrieb unserer großen CLAAS Produktpalette im Ausland. Als Team stehen wir für den erfolgreichen Absatz der CLAAS Produkte an unsere weltweiten Vertriebspartner und Importeure. Mit Vertriebsgesellschaften weltweit bieten wir Kompetenz vor Ort und sorgen mit einem optimalen Service für einen erstklassigen Kundendienst.
Ihre Rolle in unserem Team:
- Disciplinary and technical management of the team including responsibility for resources budget and results as well as strategic development of the area of responsibility
- Development implementation and optimization of training programs training standards and qualification concepts for internal and external partners
- Definition control and monitoring of training needs including resource planning and the development and application of globally applicable KPIs
- Monitoring of training utilization and qualification development as well as responsibility for planning budgeting and KPI-based reporting of training activities
- Establishment maintenance and further development of an internal and external network of experts to support training development
- Responsibility for the administration maintenance and safe operation of learning facilities and training resources in compliance with all relevant safety and contractual requirements
Ihr Profil:
- Degree in agricultural economics business administration education or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience ideally in the areas of training HR development or project management; technical understanding is an advantage
- Initial management and leadership skills are welcome
- Experience in project management and in managing complex training or development projects
- Strong personality with excellent decision-making and assertiveness skills
- Strategic thinking combined with operational implementation skills
- Ability to communicate confidently and persuasively at all hierarchical levels
