Position Overview

We are presently seeking an Analyst to join our growing Marketing Operations organization. As a member of our team you will have the opportunity to contribute to an expanding and innovative company. We are looking for an exceptional self-motivated professional to join our team which provides to the day-to-day support to the Marketing and Sales Teams and serves as a point of control to ensure proper lead routing and data integrity. As this role is business-facing the candidate filling this position must be able to communicate well with co-workers and business teams.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support to the Marketing and Sales Teams in preparation for outbound lead generation
Act as a point of control to ensure correct data entry and lead routing
Maintain reporting dashboards and prepare monthly reports and other ad hoc reports
Work closely with the Sales Business Development team to source new leads
Partner with the Salesforce and HubSpot Development Teams to recommend system enhancements and identify existing system issues
Participate in various projects within the sales operations organization

Qualifications

Degree in Business Marketing Finance or equivalent courses
1-3 years working experience; experience in HubSpot and/or Salesforce is an advantage
Intermediate MS Office Skills;
Excellent interpersonal skills Proactive personality
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Investigative and creative approach to problem solving
Highly motivated and with ability to work independently
Must be willing to work a 3PM - 12AM shift
