Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analytics Cloud Operations Analyst Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will support and manage advanced internal reporting using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) business intelligence tools MS SharePoint and other analytics platforms. This role offers hands-on experience in data visualization dashboard development and business intelligence operations while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to support business operations and decision-making
• Manage and update content on the MS SharePoint site ensuring information accuracy and accessibility for stakeholders
• Collaborate with finance operations and other business units to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions
• Perform data analysis to identify trends patterns and insights that support strategic initiatives
• Assist in data quality assurance validation and troubleshooting of reporting issues
• Create and maintain documentation for reports dashboards and data processes
• Support user training and provide guidance on SAC and SharePoint functionality
• Prepare presentations to communicate analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting capabilities and user experience

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in Business Analytics Data Science Information Systems Business Administration or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Experience with or willingness to learn SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and business intelligence tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel SharePoint and other data analysis tools
• Basic understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Demonstrated interest in business intelligence data analytics or related fields

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data modeling or dashboard design
• Knowledge of SAP products or enterprise software solutions

Location:

Hybrid position requiring 3-4 days per week in our Herndon Virginia office

The targeted combined range for this position is 15 - 62(USD) actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education skillsexperience scope ofthe role location etc. as determinedthrough theselection process.
