Job Summary
JOIN OUR TEAM
As our Head of Finance (f/m/x) youll take full responsibility for our financial operations across Europe. You act as a strategic sparring partner to the management team lead our finance team and ensure compliance with both local and international financial and regulatory requirements. You oversee all financial reporting budgeting and forecasting across countries and currencies. You keep the big picture in mind make numbers understandable and align finance with the business.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

WHAT YOU IDEALLY BRING WITH YOU
- Preferred degree in Accounting
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience ideally including leadership responsibilities
- Hands-on experience with month-end closing procedures and financial analysis
- Solid knowledge of US GAAP IFRS and local GAAPs
- Experience with ERP systems (Business Central) is a plus
- Strong analytical skills clear communication and a hands-on approach
