Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Presales Lead to drive the presales strategy and execution for our Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) platform. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in engaging with potential customers understanding their business needs and demonstrating how our platform can help accelerate digital transformation. This role requires a mix of technical expertise business acumen and customer-facing experience to bridge the gap between sales and product capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Consulting: Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand their business challenges and requirements mapping them to the capabilities of our LCNC platform.
- Product Demonstrations: Develop and deliver compelling demonstrations Proof of Concepts (POCs) and use-case scenarios tailored to customer needs.
- Technical Advisory: Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on low-code/no-code solutions articulating technical benefits and integrations with existing systems.
- Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to support deal closures by addressing technical objections and providing strategic insights.
- Proposal & Documentation: Prepare proposals whitepapers solution architectures and RFP responses to support sales engagements.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Keep up with industry trends competitors and emerging technologies to advise both customers and internal teams.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders driving engagement through workshops and technical sessions.
- Enablement & Training: Conduct training sessions for internal teams and partners to enhance their knowledge of the LCNC platform.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 3 years of experience in presales solution consulting or technical sales preferably in low-code no-code SaaS or enterprise software.
- Experience with LCNC platforms such as OutSystems Mendix PowerApps Appian Bubble Odoo or similar tools is highly desirable.
- Strong background in working with enterprise customers across industries such as finance and banks oil and gas mining manufacturing or telco.
Technical & Business Skills:
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS Ali Cloud Google Cloud) and enterprise IT ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with APIs integrations and basic scripting to build POCs and automation workflows.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly discussions.
- Excellent presentation communication and storytelling skills to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical objections with confidence.
- Experience in working with sales teams partners and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Certifications (Optional):
- Certifications in LCNC platforms cloud services or business analysis are a plus.
- Agile Scrum or Solution Architecture certifications can be beneficial.
