Risk Adviser

Location:Our preference is Glasgow based but will consider London or remote based candidates

Hours: 35 hours per week

Working pattern: Mon Fri 7 hour days

Hybrid Working: flexible to work from home 2-3 days per week (diary led)

Salary:Circa 43000 per annum (dependent on experience)

What the Role is all about:

We are seeking an experienced Risk Advisory professional to deliver online remote and in-persontraining CPD and risk advisory services to our members.

Through ongoing data and trend analysis our Risk Advisers ensure our advice resources and training are informed by evidence helping members navigate risks effectively

With a focus on positively influencing and supporting those who engage with our services youll play a key role in empowering healthcare professionals to identify and mitigate risks ultimately improving outcomes for patients and practitioners alike

What you can bring to the role:

We are looking to hear from candidates who have previous experience in a risk advisory setting particularly within a healthcare environment (primary or secondary care).

• We are especially looking to hear for candidates who:
• Have previous experience in clinical risk/governance or a risk and compliance-based role in a healthcare organisation
• Are familiar using different training delivery platforms e.g. Zoom Eventbrite or GoToWebinar
• Are comfortable using a variety of Microsoft/Office applications e.g. PowerPoint Word Excel MS Teams
• Feel confident in engaging with stakeholders at all level

If you feel you may meet some but not meet all of these desired criteria then dont worry! We want to hear from any candidates who are:

• An effective communicator with some training experience
• Good trouble shooting and problem solving skills
• Be self-motivated and able to collaborate with others
• Be able to manage and prioritise a varied workload;
• And keen to develop within their role
