Job Summary

Compensation Analyst Pride Health is hiring a Compensation Analyst for one of its clients based in Massachusetts. This is a 3-month contract with a possible extension with competitive pay and benefits. This is an onsite Springfield MA (01199)Pay range - $30 - $35 an Hour on a of assignment 3 months (With Possible extension)Shift Monday to Friday (8 hours per day 40 hours per week)Job Summary The Compensation Analyst supports the administration and analysis of compensation programs to ensure internal equity market competitiveness and regulatory compliance.
