Founding Engineer

Job Description:
As the first engineering hire you will build AI agents that automate complex data analysis for high-stakes enterprise sectors. You will own the technical direction across AI orchestration scalable data pipelines and multi-tenant infrastructure transforming unstructured regulatory and technical information into actionable insights within a fast-paced high-intensity founding team environment.

What you will do:

Architect and deploy production-ready AI orchestration systems using advanced LLM frameworks and evaluation loops.
Build robust data engineering pipelines to ingest and transform heterogeneous data from diverse enterprise sources.
Design and scale secure multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure using modern cloud-native deployment and database technologies.

The ideal candidate:

Proven track record of shipping sophisticated full-stack products using TypeScript React and Python.
Proficiency with modern AI development workflows and a bias for rapid high-quality execution in ambiguous environments.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage end-to-end features and maintain sustained intensity during critical growth phases.
